Dynamic Earth Conference Centre in Edinburgh was the venue again for this year's La Jolie Ronde meeting this weekend, for licensees and tutors from Scotland and the North of England.
After a welcome and company update from General Manager Steve Baker, Barry Stay from Pivotal Education delivered Safe Guarding children training session.
After the training session followed the announcement of Licensee Achievement Awards and the coveted "Licensee of the Year" award. Licensees then had a networking session sharing ideas and marketing tips.
Licensee of the Year for the Scotland and the North of England went to French Licensee Julie Olliero who teaches in Glasgow.
Julie, who teaches French in Glasgow, has built up a thriving business since joining La Jolie Ronde in February 2012. She currently teaches over 50 pupils a week from nursery to Mon Tour. Julie has a confident yet relaxed approach to her classes and uses praise and encouragement plus questioning to enhance learning. Her pupils clearly enjoy their lessons & the knowledge & skills they have learnt is impressive. A huge well done Julie your Award is truly deserved.

Many congratulations to Donna-Marie McCallum Licensee in Kilwinning who was presented with her 5 year Service Award.
Although she was not able to make the meeting, we wish to congratulate Gayle Macaulay, Licensee in Glasgow, who has achieved her 10 years Service Award.
